Облечется

54 Когда́ же тленное сие́ облечется в нетле́ние и сме́ртное сие́ облечется в бессме́ртие,

54 When [but, same, then] тленное this [clothed, will be clothed] [at, in, of, on] [incorruptibility, incorruption] and [mortal, the mortal] this [clothed, will be clothed] [at, in, of, on] immortality,

тогда́ сбу́дется сло́во напи́санное:

then [be fulfilled, fulfilled, it will become true] [saying, the word, word] written:

«поглощена смерть победою».

«поглощена [death, dying] победою».

So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption,
and this mortal shall have put on immortality,
then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written,
Death is swallowed up in victory.

5 Побежда́ющий облечется в бе́лые оде́жды;

5 [The Winner, Winning] [clothed, will be clothed] [at, in, of, on] white [clothes, coats, tunics];

и не изглажу и́мени его́ из кни́ги жи́зни,

and [never, not] изглажу name [his, him, it] [from, in, of, out] books life,

и исповедаю и́мя его́ пред Отцем Мои́м и пред А́нгелами Его́.

and [confess, i confess] name [his, him, it] [before, front] [Father, The Father] My and [before, front] Angels [His, Him, It].

He that overcometh,
the same shall be clothed in white raiment;
and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life,
but I will confess his name before my Father,
and before his angels.
