45 Но тот пошёл и на́чал повсю́ду расска́зывать о случи́вшемся.
45 [But, Yet] that [gone, went] and [began, start] [everywhere, throughout] [speak, tell] about (what happened).
И́з-за э́того Иису́су ста́ло невозмо́жно откры́то появля́ться в го́роде,
(Because Of) this Jesus [became, it became] impossible open [show, appear] [at, in, of, on] [city, town],
и Он остава́лся в безлю́дных места́х.
and He [stayed, remained] [at, in, of, on] [deserted, desolate] [fields, places].

however,
стекался к Нему́ отовсю́ду.
стекался [to, for, by] [Him, His] (from everywhere). |
But he went out and began to talk freely about it, and to spread the news, so that Jesus could no longer openly enter a town, but was out in desolate places, and people were coming to him from every quarter. Mark 1:45 ESV
But he went out,
and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter. Mark 1:45 KJV |

на́чал провозглаша́ть и расска́зывать о происше́дшем,
[began, start] [declare, proclaim] and [speak, tell] about [happened, what happened],
так что [Иису́с] не мог уже́ я́вно войти́ в го́род,
so [what, that, why] [Jesus] [never, not] [could, be able to] already [clearly, obviously] [enter, to come in, to enter] [at, in, of, on] [city, town],
но находи́лся вне,
[but, yet] was outside,
в места́х пустынных.
