8 И сказа́ла Рахи́ль:

8 And ((she) said) Rachel:

борьбою си́льною боро́лась я с сестрою мое́ю и превозмогла.

борьбою strong [fought, i fought, wrestled] i [and, from, in, of, with] сестрою my and превозмогла.

И нарекла́ ему́ и́мя:

And [named, named it] [him, it, to him] name:

Неффалим.

Naphtali.

Then Rachel said,
“With mighty wrestlings I have wrestled with my sister and have prevailed.”
So she called his name Naphtali.
