Возвещал

14 По́сле того́ как Иоа́нн был арестован,

Иису́с пришёл в Галиле́ю,

Jesus [arrive, came, come] [at, in, of, on] Galilee,

возвеща́я Ра́достную Весть от Бо́га.

[announcing, heralding, proclaiming] [Glad, Good, Happy, Joyful] [News, Tidings] from God.

Now after John was arrested,
Jesus came into Galilee,
proclaiming the gospel of God,

18 И мно́го друго́го говори́л Иоа́нн,

18 And [a lot of, many] [another, the other one] spoke John,

убежда́я наро́д и возвеща́я ему́ Ра́достную Весть.

convincing [crowd, nation, people] and [announcing, heralding, proclaiming] [him, it, to him] [Glad, Good, Happy, Joyful] [News, Tidings].

So with many other exhortations he preached good news to the people.
