Matthew 18:9 NRT
9 Е́сли твой глаз влечёт тебя́ ко греху́,
9 [If, A, When, Unless] your eye [attracts, entails] you to [offend, sin, to sin],
вы́рви его́ и отбро́сь.
(rip it out) [his, him, it] and [cast aside, drop it, throw it away].
Лу́чше тебе́ войти́ в жизнь с одни́м гла́зом,
[Better, Expedient] [thee, you] [enter, to come in, to enter] [at, in, of, on] [life, living] [and, from, in, of, with] one [eye, with the eye],
чём с двумя́ глаза́ми быть бро́шенным в ого́нь а́да.
[how, than, what, whence, which, why] [and, from, in, of, with] two [eyes, through the eyes] [be, become, been, has been, to be, to become] [abandoned, cast, thrown] [at, in, of, on] [fire, flame] [adah, gehenna, hades, hell, inferno]. |
And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into the hell of fire. Matthew 18:9 ESV
