Захотят

11 А е́сли где-либо вас не при́мут и не захотят слу́шать,

11 [While, And, But] [if, a, when, unless] где-либо you [never, not] [accept, will accept] and [never, not] захотят [hear, listen, to hear],

то,

that,

уходя́,

leaving,

отряхни́те пыль с ва́ших ног,

[shake it off, shake off] [dirt, dust] [and, from, in, of, with] [thy, your] [feet, foot, leg],

пусть э́то бу́дет свиде́тельством про́тив них.

let [that, this, it] [will be, would be] certificate against [them, they].

And if any place will not receive you and they will not listen to you,
when you leave,
shake off the dust that is on your feet as a testimony against them.”
