20 По́сле сих происше́ствий Авраа́му возвести́ли,

20 [After, Beyond] [now, these, those] incidents (To Abraham) [announced, heralded],

и Милка родила Нахору,

and Milcah [bore, gave birth] Nahor,

бра́ту твоему́,

brother yours,

сыно́в:

Now after these things it was told to Abraham,
“Behold,
Milcah also has borne children to your brother Nahor:

(Bethuel fathered Rebekah.)
These eight Milcah bore to Nahor,
Abraham's brother.
