Genesis 42:21 RUSV
21 And [they said, we talked] [they, they are] friend friend:
то́чно мы наказываемся за грех про́тив бра́та на́шего;
[accurately, correctly, exactly, precisely] [we, we are] наказываемся [after, around, at, behind, over] [offences, sin] against brother our;
[we, we are] [have you seen, seen] [anguish, misery, pain, suffering] [lives, souls] [his, him, it],
when he begged [us, we],
но не послу́шали;
[but, yet] [never, not] [hear, listen, listened, we listened];
[after, around, at, behind, over] that and (it happened) [us, we] [woe, grief, mountain, sorrow] this. |
Then they said to one another, “In truth we are guilty concerning our brother, in that we saw the distress of his soul, when he begged us and we did not listen. That is why this distress has come upon us.” Genesis 42:21 ESV
And they said one to another,
We are verily guilty concerning our brother, in that we saw the anguish of his soul, when he besought us, and we would not hear; therefore is this distress come upon us. Genesis 42:21 KJV |

34 [for, because] [how, what, as, like (comparison)] (i will go) i [to, for, by] father my,
when [boy, child, the boy] [never, not] [will be, would be] [after, with] me?
i [had seen, saw, seeing, seen, seeth] would [affliction, calamity, disaster, distress],
