23 Почему́ же ты не пусти́л мои́ де́ньги в оборо́т,
23 Why [but, same, then] you [never, not] [let go, let it go] my [cash, currency, money] [at, in, of, on] [return, revolution, turnaround, turnover],
что́бы,
[to, so that, in order to, because of],
когда́ я верну́сь,
when i [come again, i will come back, will be back],
отда́ть их мне с при́былью?»

дабы увлечь её реко́ю.
