23 То есть,

23 That [there are, there is],

что́ Христо́с име́л пострада́ть и,

[what, that, why] Christ had [get injured, suffer, to suffer] and,

восста́в пе́рвый из мёртвых,

[having risen, resurrected, risen] [first, the first] [from, in, of, out] [dead, the dead],

возвести́ть свет наро́ду (Иуде́йскому) и язы́чникам.

[announce, proclaim] light [to the people, nation] (Иудейскому) and [gentiles, pagans, to the pagans].

That Christ should suffer,
and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead,
and should shew light unto the people,
and to the Gentiles.
