21 А о тебе́ наслы́шались они́,
21 [While, And, But] about [thee, you] [heard, we have heard enough] [they, they are],
что́ ты всех Иуде́ев,
[what, that, why] you [all, everyone] Jews,
живу́щих ме́жду язы́чниками,
living [among, between, meanwhile] [gentiles, pagans],
у́чишь отступлению от Моисе́я,
[instruct, learn, teach, teachest, you teach] отступлению from Moses,
говоря́,
[saying, talking],
что́бы они́ не обрезывали дете́й свои́х и не поступа́ли по обы́чаям.
[to, so that, in order to, because of] [they, they are] [never, not] обрезывали [child, children] their and [never, not] received [along, by, in, on, to, unto] customs.

And they are informed of thee,
that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses,
saying that they ought not to circumcise their children,
neither to walk after the customs.
