25 He [he speaks, say, speaks, talk, to talk]:

yes.
И когда́ вошёл он в дом,
And when [entered, has entered] he [at, in, of, on] [dwelling, home, house],
то Иису́с,
that Jesus,
предупреди́в его́,
[by warning, having warned] [his, him, it],
сказа́л:
[he said, said, say, saying, tell]:
как тебе́ ка́жется,
[how, what, as, like (comparison)] [thee, you] [appear, it seems, seems],
Симон?
Simon?
цари́ земны́е с кого́ беру́т по́шлины и́ли подати?
kings [earthly, terrestrial] [and, from, in, of, with] [that, who, whom] [take, they take] [duties, fees] or подати?
с сыно́в ли свои́х,
[and, from, in, of, with] [children, sons] whether their,
и́ли с посторо́нних?
or [and, from, in, of, with] [outsiders, strangers]? |
He said, “Yes.” And when he came into the house, Jesus spoke to him first, saying, “What do you think, Simon? From whom do kings of the earth take toll or tax? From their sons or from others?” Matthew 17:25 ESV
