Genesis 40:4 RUSV
4 Нача́льник телохрани́телей приставил к ним Ио́сифа,
4 [Boss, Supervisor] [bodyguards, guard] приставил [to, for, by] him Joseph,
и он служи́л им.
and he [served, serving] [it, them].
И пробы́ли они́ под стра́жею не́сколько вре́мени.
And [abode, stayed, tarry] [they, they are] [below, beneath, under, underneath] [guard, guardian, the guardian] [a few, not many, several, some, somewhat] time. |
The captain of the guard appointed Joseph to be with them, and he attended them. They continued for some time in custody. Genesis 40:4 ESV
And the captain of the guard charged Joseph with them,
