Luke 5:36 NRT
36 Он та́кже рассказа́л им при́тчу:
36 He also [he told me, told] [it, them] [a parable, parable]:
–Никто́ не пришива́ет запла́ту к ста́рому плащу́,
–[No One, Nobody] [never, not] [sews on, stitches] [patch, piece] [to, for, by] old [mantle, raincoat],
оторва́в для э́того кусо́к от но́вого.
(tearing off) for this [a chunk, a fragment, a lump, a morsel, a piece] from [new, recent].
Е́сли он э́то сде́лает,
[If, A, When, Unless] he [that, this, it] [it will do, will do],
то он и но́вый плащ испо́ртит,
that he and [modern, new, recent] [cloak, coat, mantle, raincoat] [spoil, will spoil],
и к ста́рому запла́та не подойдёт.
and [to, for, by] old patch [never, not] [will do, will fit]. |
He also told them a parable: “No one tears a piece from a new garment and puts it on an old garment. If he does, he will tear the new, and the piece from the new will not match the old. Luke 5:36 ESV
And he spake also a parable unto them;
No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old. Luke 5:36 KJV |

36 При сём сказа́л им при́тчу:
36 [At, In] [this, same] [he said, said, say, saying, tell] [it, them] [a parable, parable]:
никто́ не приставля́ет запла́ты к ве́тхой оде́жде,
[no one, nobody] [never, not] [presents, puts] [patches, pieces] [to, for, by] [decrepit, dilapidated] clothes,
отодра́в от но́вой оде́жды;
(tearing off) from new [clothes, coats, tunics];
а ина́че и но́вую раздерёт,
[while, and, but] otherwise and [a new one, new] [he will tear it up, will tear you apart],
и к ста́рой не подойдёт запла́та от но́вой.

Luke 14:9 NRT
9 и тогда́ хозя́ин,
9 and then [master, owner, landlord],
пригласи́вший и тебя́,
[invited, inviter, the one who invited] and you,
и его́,
and [his, him, it],
подойдёт к тебе́ и ска́жет:
[will do, will fit] [to, for, by] [thee, you] and [he will say, saith, say, will say]:
«Уступи́ ме́сто э́тому челове́ку».
«[Concede, Give In] place this (to a person)».
И тебе́ придётся со стыдо́м заня́ть са́мое после́днее ме́сто.
And [thee, you] (have to) [after, with] shame [borrow, occupy] [most, the most] [last, last thing] place. |
and he who invited you both will come and say to you, ‘Give your place to this person,’ and then you will begin with shame to take the lowest place. Luke 14:9 ESV
