не потому́ ли дано́ ему́ и́мя:
[never, not] [because, that is why, therefore] whether given [him, it, to him] name:
Иа́ков,
[Jacob, James],
что он запнул меня́ уже́ два ра́за?

Он взял перворо́дство моё,
He took birthright my,
