17 И приказа́л пе́рвому,
17 And ordered [first, the first],
сказа́в:
[having said, having said that, said, saying]:
когда́ брат мой Иса́в встре́тится тебе́ и спро́сит тебя́,
when brother [mine, my] Esau (will meet) [thee, you] and [he will ask, to ask] you,
говоря́:
[saying, talking]:
чей ты?
whose you?
и куда́ идёшь?
and [to where, where to] [go, goest, you go]?
и чьё э́то [ста́до] пред тобо́ю?
and whose [that, this, it] [[herd, flock]] [before, front] [by you, thee, you]? |

не ста́нем раздира́ть его́,

а бро́сим о нем жре́бий,
[while, and, but] [leave, leave, let us quit, let us throw, throw] about [dumb, him, mute, speechless] (the lot),

--да сбу́дется реченное в Писа́нии:
