28 И́стинно говорю́ вам:

28 [Truly, Verily] [i am talking, say, talking, tell] [to you, ye, you]:

бу́дут прощены сынам челове́ческим все грехи́ и хуле́ния,

[will, be] forgiven [sons, to the sons] human [all, any, every, everybody, everyone] sins and blasphemy,

какими бы ни хулили;

какими would neither хулили;

I say to you,
all sins will be forgiven the children of man,

envyings,
wraths,
strifes,
backbitings,
