28 Да́же глупца́,
28 Even [fool, the fool],
когда́ он молчи́т,
when he [keeps silent, silent],
му́дрым сочту́т,
wise [they will consider it, they will count],
и когда́ он уде́рживает язы́к,
and when he [holds, withholdeth] [language, tongue],
рассуди́тельным.
