ве́рен ли вопль,

[faithful, loyal] whether [cry, scream, the scream],

дости́гший Меня́,

[achieved, reached] [I, Me, Self],

так ли скверно они́ поступа́ют.

so whether скверно [they, they are] [arrive, coming, they are coming in, they arrive].

Е́сли нет,

Я узнаю.

I [discover, i recognize, i will find out, know, recognize].

I will go down to see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry that has come to me.
And if not,
I will know.”
