Владыкою

8 Ита́к не вы посла́ли меня́ сюда́,

8 So [never, not] [ye, you] [sent, they sent it] [i, me, self] [here, hither],

но Бог,

[but, yet] God,

Кото́рый и поста́вил меня́ отцо́м фарао́ну и господи́ном во всем до́ме его́ и владыкою во всей земле́ Еги́петской.

[Which, Which The, Who] and [put, set] [i, me, self] father [pharaoh, to the pharaoh] and [lord, master, mister] in [everyone, to everyone] [home, house] [his, him, it] and владыкою in [all, the whole, whole] [earth, ground, land, world] Egyptian.

So it was not you who sent me here,
but God.
He has made me a father to Pharaoh,
and lord of all his house and ruler over all the land of Egypt.
