2 и сказа́л служащим при нем:
2 and [he said, said, say, saying, tell] служащим [at, in] [dumb, him, mute, speechless]:
э́то Иоа́нн Крести́тель;
[that, this, it] John [Baptist, The Baptist];
он воскре́с из мёртвых,
he resurrected [from, in, of, out] [dead, the dead],
и потому́ чудеса́ де́лаются им.
and [because, that is why, therefore] miracles [are being done, they are being made] [it, them]. |
and he said to his servants, &#;This is John the Baptist. He has been raised from the dead; that is why these miraculous powers are at work in him.&#; Matthew 14:2 ESV
And said unto his servants,
This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him. Matthew 14:2 KJV |

14 King Herod,
услы́шав [об Иису́се],
[having heard, heard, hearing] [about Jesus],
--и́бо и́мя Его́ ста́ло гласно,
--[for, because] name [His, Him, It] [became, it became] гласно,
--говори́л:
--spoke:

King Herod heard of it, for Jesus&#; name had become known. Some said, &#;John the Baptist has been raised from the dead. That is why these miraculous powers are at work in him.&#; Mark 6:14 ESV
And king Herod heard of him;
