Genesis 47:18 NRT
18 Когда́ год прошёл,
18 When year passed,
они́ пришли́ к нему́ и сказа́ли:
[they, they are] came [to, for, by] [him, his] and [said, say, tell, they said]:
–Мы не ста́нем таить от на́шего господи́на,
–[We, We Are] [never, not] [let us become, we will become] таить from our [lord, master, mister],
что на́ши де́ньги кончились,
[what, that, why] our [cash, currency, money] кончились,
и наш скот принадлежи́т тебе́,
and our [cattle, livestock] belongs [thee, you],
так что у нас ничего́ не оста́лось для на́шего господи́на,
so [what, that, why] [at, by, with, of] [us, we] [anything, nothing, never mind] [never, not] left for our [lord, master, mister],
кро́ме на́ших тел и на́шей земли.
[but, except, besides] our [bodies, flesh, wire] and our earth. |
And when that year was ended, they came to him the following year and said to him, “We will not hide from my lord that our money is all spent. The herds of livestock are my lord's. There is nothing left in the sight of my lord but our bodies and our land. Genesis 47:18 ESV
When that year was ended,
they came unto him the second year, and said unto him, We will not hide it from my lord, how that our money is spent; my lord also hath our herds of cattle; there is not ought left in the sight of my lord, but our bodies, and our lands: Genesis 47:18 KJV |

18 And passed this year;
и пришли́ к нему́ на друго́й год и сказа́ли ему́:
and came [to, for, by] [him, his] [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] another year and [said, say, tell, they said] [him, it, to him]:
не скроем от господи́на на́шего,
[never, not] скроем from [lord, master, mister] our,
что серебро́ истощи́лось и стада скота́ на́шего у господи́на на́шего;
[what, that, why] [silver, silverware] exhausted and [herds, flocks] [cattle, livestock] our [at, by, with, of] [lord, master, mister] our;
ничего́ не оста́лось у нас пред господи́ном на́шим,

31 Но так как [тогда́] была́ пя́тница,
31 [But, Yet] so [how, what, as, like (comparison)] [then] was friday,
то Иуде́и,
that Jews,
дабы не оста́вить тел на кресте́ в суббо́ту,
[so that, in order to] [never, not] [go, go away, leave, to leave] [bodies, flesh, wire] [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] cross [at, in, of, on] [sabbath, saturday],
--и́бо та суббо́та была́ день вели́кий,
--[for, because] that [saturday, sabbath] was day great,
--проси́ли Пила́та,
--[appealed, asked, begged, besought, pleaded, they asked] Pilate,
что́бы переби́ть у них го́лени и снять их.
[to, so that, in order to, because of] [interrupt, kill] [at, by, with, of] [them, they] [legs, lower legs, shins] and [take off, remove] [them, their]. |
Since it was the day of Preparation, and so that the bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken and that they might be taken away. John 19:31 ESV
The Jews therefore,
because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. John 19:31 KJV |
