блаже́нны слы́шащие сло́во Божие и соблюда́ющие его́.

[blessed, blessed are, happy] [hear, hearing, hearing people] [saying, the word, word] [God, God's] and [keep, observers, observing] [his, him, it].

“Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”
