John 21:23 RUSV
23 И пронесло́сь э́то сло́во ме́жду бра́тиями,
23 And [gone, it is gone, went] [that, this, it] [saying, the word, word] [among, between, meanwhile] [brethren, brothers],
что учени́к тот не умрёт.
[what, that, why] [disciple, student] that [never, not] [die, he will die, will die].
Но Иису́с не сказа́л ему́,
[But, Yet] Jesus [never, not] [he said, said, say, saying, tell] [him, it, to him],
что не умрёт,
[what, that, why] [never, not] [die, he will die, will die],
но:
[but, yet]:
е́сли Я хочу́,
[if, a, when, unless] I [i want, want],
что́бы он пребы́л,
[to, so that, in order to, because of] he [abide, remain, stayed, tarry],
пока́ приду́,
[bye, while] [come, i will come],
что тебе́ [до того́]?
[what, that, why] [thee, you] [[before, until] that]? |
So the saying spread abroad among the brothers that this disciple was not to die; yet Jesus did not say to him that he was not to die, but, “If it is my will that he remain until I come, what is that to you?” John 21:23 ESV
Then went this saying abroad among the brethren,
that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? John 21:23 KJV |
