12 Семёна,

12 Seeds,

упа́вшие у дороги,

fallen [at, by, with, of] [path, paths, roads, way],

кто слы́шит сло́во,

who [hear, hears] [saying, the word, word],

но пото́м прихо́дит дья́вол и похища́ет сло́во из их серде́ц,

The ones along the path are those who have heard;
then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts,
