17 Adam [but, same, then] [he said, said, say, saying, tell]:

что ты послушал голоса жены твое́й и ел от де́рева,
[what, that, why] you послушал [voices, vote] [wife, wives] yours and ate from tree,
о ко́тором Я запове́дал тебе́,

не ешь от него́,
[never, not] eat from him,
про́клята земля́ за тебя́;

со ско́рбью бу́дешь пита́ться от неё во все дни жи́зни твое́й;
