23 У́мный челове́к скрыва́ет зна́ние,
23 [Intelligent, Smart, Understanding, Wise] [man, human, person] hides knowledge,
а се́рдце глупца́ разглаша́ет глу́пость.

A prudent man concealeth knowledge:
