7 There he built altar and [called, named, identify] that place «God Bethel»,

потому́ что там Бог открылся ему́,

[because, that is why, therefore] [what, that, why] there God открылся [him, it, to him],

when he [escape, fled, he ran, outrun] from [his, yours] brother.

and there he built an altar and called the place El-bethel,
because there God had revealed himself to him when he fled from his brother.
