19 Слуга́ Твой нашёл в Твои́х глаза́х расположе́ние,
19 Servant Your found [at, in, of, on] [Your, Yours] eyes [layout, location, placement],
и Ты яви́л мне вели́кую ми́лость,

спасая мою жизнь.
