2 Двинувшись с восто́ка, они́ нашли́ в земле́ Сеннаар равни́ну и поселились там.

2 [And, From, In, Of, With] [East, Of The East] [They, They Are] Found [At, In, Of, On] [Earth, Ground, Land, World] [Flatland, Plain, The Plain] And There.
 
3 И сказа́ли друг дру́гу: наделаем кирпичей и обожжем огнём. И

3 And [Said, Say, Tell, They Said] Friend Friend And [By Fire, Fire, Flame.] And
ста́ли у них кирпичи́ вме́сто камне́й, а земляная смола вме́сто извести.

4 И сказа́ли они́: построим себе́ го́род и ба́шню, высотою до

4 And [Said, Say, Tell, They Said] [They, They Are] [Himself, Myself, Thyself, To Myself, Yourself] [City, Town] And Tower [Before, Until]
небе́с, и сде́лаем себе́ и́мя, пре́жде не́жели рассеемся по лицу́ всей земли.

5 И сошел Госпо́дь посмотре́ть го́род и ба́шню, кото́рые стро́или сыны́ челове́ческие.

5 And [Came Down, Descended, Got Off] Lord [Look, View] [City, Town] And Tower [Which, Who] Built [Children, Sons] [Human, Men.]
 
6 И сказа́л Госпо́дь: вот, оди́н наро́д, и оди́н у всех язы́к; и

6 And [He Said, Said, Say, Saying, Tell] Lord [Behold, Here, There] [Alone, One] [Crowd, Nation, People] And [Alone, One] [At, By, With, Of] [All, Everyone] [Language, Tongue] And
вот что на́чали они́ де́лать, и не отстанут они́ от того́, что задумали де́лать;

7 сойдем же и смешаем там язы́к их, так что́бы оди́н не понимал ре́чи друго́го.

7 [But, Same, Then] And There [Language, Tongue] [Them, Their] So [To, So That, In Order To, Because Of] [Alone, One] [Never, Not] Speeches [Another, The Other One.]
 
8 И рассе́ял их Госпо́дь отту́да по всей земле́; и они́ переста́ли стро́ить го́род.

8 And [Dispersed, Scattered] [Them, Their] Lord (From There) [Along, By, In, On, To, Unto] [All, The Whole, Whole] [Earth, Ground, Land, World] And [They, They Are] [Stopped, They Stopped] Build [City, Town.]
 
9 Посему дано́ ему́ и́мя: Вавило́н, и́бо там смеша́л Госпо́дь

9 Therefore Given [Him, It, To Him] Name Babylon [For, Because] There Mixed Lord
язы́к всей земли, и отту́да рассе́ял их Госпо́дь по всей земле́.

10 Вот родосло́вие Си́ма: Сим был ста лет

10 [Behold, Here, There] [Family Tree, Genealogy, Generations, Pedigree] Shem This [Be, To Be, Was, Were] Hundred Years
и роди́л Арфаксада, чрез два года по́сле пото́па;

gah-DAH 		POS-lee pah-TAW-pah
And (Gave Birth) [Arpachshad, Arphaxad] Through Two [Of The Year, Years] [After, Beyond] [Flood, The Flood]
 
11 по рожде́нии Арфаксада Сим жил пятьсо́т лет и роди́л сыно́в и дочере́й.

12 Арфаксад жил три́дцать пять лет и роди́л Салу.

13 По рожде́нии Салы Арфаксад жил четы́реста три года и роди́л сыно́в и дочере́й.

14 Са́ла жил три́дцать лет и роди́л Евера.

14 [Fat, Grease, Lard, Tallow] Lived Thirty Years And (Gave Birth) [Eber, Ever.]
 
15 По рожде́нии Евера Са́ла жил четы́реста три года и роди́л сыно́в и дочере́й.

16 Евер жил три́дцать четы́ре года и роди́л Фалека.

16 [Eber, Ever, Heber] Lived Thirty Four [Of The Year, Years] And (Gave Birth) .
 
17 По рожде́нии Фалека Евер жил четы́реста три́дцать лет и роди́л сыно́в и дочере́й.

18 Фалек жил три́дцать лет и роди́л Рагава.

18 Peleg Lived Thirty Years And (Gave Birth) .
 
19 По рожде́нии Рагава Фалек жил две́сти де́вять лет и роди́л сыно́в и дочере́й.

20 Рагав жил три́дцать два года и роди́л Серуха.

22 Серух жил три́дцать лет и роди́л Нахора.

22 Lived Thirty Years And (Gave Birth) Nahor.
 
23 По рожде́нии Нахора Серух жил две́сти лет и роди́л сыно́в и дочере́й.

24 Нахор жил два́дцать де́вять лет и роди́л Фарру.

26 Фарра жил се́мьдесят лет и роди́л Авра́ма, Нахора и Ара́на.

26 [Farrah, Terah] Lived Seventy Years And (Gave Birth) Abram Nahor And Haran.
 
27 Вот родосло́вие Фарры: Фарра роди́л Авра́ма, Нахора и Ара́на. Ара́н роди́л Ло́та.

28 И у́мер Ара́н при Фарре, отце́

28 And Died [Aran, Haran] [At, In] Father
своём, в земле́ рожде́ния своего́, в Уре Халдейском.

своего́, и вы́шел с ни́ми из Ура Халдейского, что́бы идти́ в зе́млю Ханаа́нскую; но, дойдя́ до Харрана, они́ останови́лись там.

32 И бы́ло дней [жи́зни] Фарры две́сти пять лет, и у́мер Фарра в Харране.
